A Flight and a Crash is a 2001 punk rock album by Hot Water Music and was released by music label Epitaph Records. This was Hot Water Music's first release on the Epitaph Records label. The fourth track is entitled "instrumental," despite the fact that it is not an instrumental song (i.e., it contains vocal music); the original, instrumental version of the song appears on the b-sides compilation Never Ender.
